Base Viktor Visual Update

This is my contribution to the Viktor visual update. I'm so hyped with the new Viktor base design, which is closer to the Arcane episodes. After watching Arcane, Viktor became one of my favorite characters in the show. The super challenging part for me was balancing the Arcane feel while still visualising the in-game design. I hope you enjoy Arcane as much as I do, Hype!!!
